Blue Lap ("we", "our", or "the app") and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, and software) are the property of Blue Lap, its licensors, or other providers of such materials and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

License to Use

Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this document, Blue Lap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Blue Lap app on personal devices owned or controlled by you;
• Access and use any content, information, and related materials that may be available through the app, in each case solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Any use of the app or its contents other than as specifically authorized in this section is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the license granted herein.

Use Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

User-Generated Content

You grant Blue Lap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the services provided by the app.

Trademarks

The name "Blue Lap," the Blue Lap logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Blue Lap or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Blue Lap. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the app are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Third-Party Content

The app may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, and services that are not owned or controlled by Blue Lap. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that Blue Lap shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

If you believe that any User Content violates your copyright, please send us a notice of alleged copyright infringement that includes the following information:
